The Best little chocolate cake EVER and who knew you can make it in 5 or less?!?!?

made this today and it's delish! such a dangerous little mixture!



5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE


4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
a small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.


EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).
And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world?
Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!

Brett's new way to heat up his Pizza.

Brett has introduced us to the new way he heats up his pizza, he smashes it into the toaster and waits for it to pop up, by this time the pepperoni is sizzling . Dad says, Brett " Why did you put your pizza in the toaster?" brett "It' wasn't hot enough dad."

11 kids in a pink house across the street

I was informed over dinner this evening of homemade Taco's, that lexi plans to live in a pink house across the street from me when she grows up, with her 11 kids. "Mom I want to live by you so I can come visit you"....well how are you going to get around? "I will just walk i don't want to drive because I dont want to drive too fast, my kids will all have to hold my hand...oh wait maybe I will get a van to take them around" so who is going to help you take care of your children? "You are mommy and if you don't want to then I will get meriann to do it......LOL Meriann watch out, lexi already has you lined up for child care duty!

Where's the sunshine?

Off today and no real plans in mind....my stomach doesn't feel it's best and the thought of going back to lay down has occured to me but I cannot seem to pry myself away from lexi's barbie Fairytopia movie.
I blame it on the weather being all gloomy for my lack of excitement today. However I had contemplated cleaning this place up later, looks like pigs live here!

Chase's credit card customer service can go to hell!!!!

this dept offers NO customer service whatsoever! if you are unhappy with something or their lack of service, their suggestion to you is..."you can close your acct"ummmmmmmm in all my 15 years of working in customer service have I ever told someone that, you work with the un happy customers you try to correct the situation, but you never tell them they can close their acct. If anything I always do my danmdest from letting customers close accts. I always see if there is something they were unhappy with...and trying to work with them.So I found out today my credit card payment is 9 days overdue....well I did not realize this because I never once receieved my statement and the whole paperless statement rig a ma roll got forgotten a long the way of freaking out why i had not been recieveing my statement..i checked the mail religeously...nothing.so i find this out today and that i am getting a 39.00 late fee.......so I call the credit card dept....I have had the credit card over 2 years now and I have ALWAYS paid before the due date, I have never had a late fee therefore I have never asked for one until today, explaing that had i known i was not going to recieve a statement I would of been all over it, and this could of been avoided. I proceeded to tell them i have been a good customer with them, not just with my cc but my accts. I expressed my concerns because I have never been late and that this was a first I don't want to have this reported against me on my credit history.all "JETT" could say was "your not getting that fee back" not once but 6 times before telling me that if I am unhappy "you can close your acct" this made me livid...who says that...??? if i told a customer that i could almost guarentee you i would not have a job tomorrow.after asking 5 more times to speak with her supervisor the kept saying "your not getting that fee back so then i proceeded to raise my voice and then she was like ok but your not getting that fee back.so then after 10 min on hold i speak with "Richard Castillo" Jett's supervisor......i explain the same scenerio and then inform him that i was rudely delt with by Jett and that she just flat out said i could close my acct instead of even trying to work with me or trying to listen to me. He kept saying this is a valid charge because you didn't make your payment on the day it was due....well no shit sherlock...i am very much aware of that now, that you didn't send me a statement and you up and changed my due date!i ask him to look at my acct....."have i ever been late with a payment?"...."no", "have I ever receieved a late fee?"...."no"....."have i ever asked for a late fee before today?"....."no"....."ok so would you say i have been a good customer?"...."yes" there ya go....but "your telling me that that does not matter?" "well you can close your acct".....ok so how does that work? I owe you guys 5k....how can i close a credit card I havent paid off? well we can just close it for you.....ok, so then what, well you'd still have to make payments. Ok so then does that mean you will report me to the credit bureau?....."well i don't know , im not sure" so your telling me you are telling me i can close my acct but you cannot answer my questions and you have no idea?...well yes...um ok then you really shouldnt be suggesting things to your customers that you have no idea what your talking about!i have everyone's name and this is going to be taken to his supervisor as well as I will be completeing a letter to Jamie Dimon, for chase's lack of customer service and rudenss, and lack of ability to help a customer and resolve an issue.....just offering them to close the acct.

this should make you think about how lucky you are

you never realize how lucky you are till you open the newspaper and read about the brave woman who has undergone 30 surgeries to reconstruct her face and recieved a face transplant . How horrable to read that the person she loved and spent her life with set out to hurt her almost killing her. Reading this makes me sick to my stomach and reminds me what monsters we have out there. Thank god she survived and is able to look forward with a positive atitude, accepting the gift of a new face.

things that make you go grrrrrrrrr!!!!

I am sooooo ready for a raise or another vacation to gain some sanity, between the everyday work crazyness and my hubby driving me nuts I often wonder if I will make it to 30 without a full head of grey hair!

with work everyone has problems and they want solutions like yesterday and 96% of the time their problems stem from their own stupidity and lack of attention!

With hubby he just doesnt get it when he whips out his debit card to pay for something he doesnt understand that it is VERY important to make sure you use the right one, not mix up your personal purchases with the joint acct debit card....grrrrrrr!!!!!

Stayed at work longer than I was scheduled today but this insures me that on Friday I will being saying Sionara one hour and 15 min earlier than my scheduled time!

Had a gold canyon meeting this evening at angela's, got to check out the new summer line and smell the new scents...I WANT EVERYTHING!!!!!! book some party's people you know you want free stuff!

Off to go read.....tomorrow is lexi's kindergarden round up....she's growing up WAY too fast!...slow down girl!

as i write this i am reminded that it's 8:21 and my day is dwindling away and before I know it, it'll be time to go back to the weekly grind. I love my job don't get me wrong, but I also cherish my days off. i don't get mondays off anymore which is kind of depressing, I always looked forward to that second day in a row...i could do absolutely nothing if i wanted. nope this week I will have weds off for lexi's kindergarden round up!

didn't really do a whole lot today, slept in which was nice, i stayed up the night before finishing Something Blue by emily giffin, such a good book and I was very pleased with the ending! I acctually enjoyed it more than her first book Something Borrowed which was good too, but not as good as this one. immediately when i finnish one book i have to start another and last night the winner was jame's patterson's sunday's at tiffany's. I find his books move very fast and that's what i like.

i am so ready for pay day i hate this broke feeling of getting $15 in gas and being left with $13 and some chump change left over to my name till friday. this doesn't make sense how our money just dissinigrates so fast. i am hoping that after bills and such get paid this week...i can breathe a sigh of relief, or if I have to look for a tall stiff one to get me through.

well the cat wants outside now so i better get him out and then off to relax with what's left of the night..one thing I am relieved that i dont have to be there early, the one downfall i don't get off early either.
